Ms. Tina S. Brooks is an Associate Attorney at LPY Law Group, practicing exclusively immigration and nationality law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Ms. Brooks graduated from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. At Northwestern, she participated actively in community service, serving as Vice President of Community Affairs for the school’s chapter of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She also interned at the Civil Litigation Center of the Bluhm Legal Clinic, working with clinical faculty and staff to provide affordable legal services to clients in Chicago. Ms. Brooks is experienced in a range of business immigration matters, including EB-1A, EB-1B, National Interest Waiver, and non-immigrant visas. She received her Bachelor degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and was a columnist for the award-winning Daily Texan newspaper.
